A top global energy company trying to complete very complex and highly confidential submission documents struggled with the final formatting of these documents. The submission was a critical step in getting a multi-billion dollar project off the ground. We supported the authors (senior engineers) via email, over the phone and in their office over a couple of weeks and weekends.
What started out as a simple request for formatting help ended up being much more. We worked on formatting, proofreading, editing, improving diagrams, correcting poorly designed templates and IT trouble shooting.
The good news is, they completed the submission in time. The final PDF file looked perfect and the multi-billion project went ahead.
