Before implementing the latest version of Microsoft Office, the management of one of Australia’s largest ports wanted to ‘get it right from the start’. They needed their team to be able to produce reports, presentations and spreadsheet quickly – and wanted to give those documents the right corporate look. That meant they had to give all computer users access to templates that reflected their branding.
In the lead up to the go-live date, TriCon worked together with the IT department and the corporate information services to customise the software to suit this business. We developed dozens of easy-to-use templates for them and conducted intensive training sessions with their in-house applications trainers. This prepared them to support the users and guaranteed a successful and smooth transition.
