Connie has designed and conducted training workshops and provided consultancy services to a diverse group of clients for many years. Her main focus has always been on establishing a productive work environment by enabling staff to communicate well and to use their time wisely in all areas of their work. And teaching and writing have been her lifelong passion.
Connie studied at the Universities of Munich, Germany, and Moscow, Russia. She started her career as a high school teacher and language coach for English, Russian and German for non-native speakers, before marketing and delivering IT courses. She has worked as executive secretary, translator, technical writer & proofreader for technical publications and has designed a range of commercially available computer courses. Connie has been involved in the re-branding process of large organisations and government departments and in re-designing those companies’ documentation.
Connie holds qualifications and accreditations in teaching, writing, editing and translating. She is a Fellow of AIM WA (FAIM) and a member of the Institute of Professional Facilitators and the Institute of Professional Editors.
